Oil in On/Off ok?

I have been getting leaks down the barrel after high rates of fire. Would it be fine to put in a few drops of oil in the on/off?

as long as your using the right oil, oil anywhere is fine ..

If your getting leaks down the barrel, reproduce the leak and then push on the bolt with wood dowel or a pencil .. if the sound changes pitch, then replace the powertube oring..

Thanks,just gonna change the o-ring and put a drop of oil in there.
