    rt pro valve

    hey all
my friend has an RT pro valve on his classic mag, we compared this to my friend's rt custom w/ xvalve

for some reason my friend's xvalve gives him the ability to sweetspot

my friend's rt pro valve wont give him the ability to sweetspot, whats going on? no he doesnt have a ULT

    arent they the same?

I do know the AO sig rules, I just want a free sig pic, that's all!

The reactivity of the RT Pro valve or Xvalve depend on the input pressure of your tank into the gun. Some valves are different and will be more susceptible to sweetspotting than others, even if they have the same input pressure going in. My RT Pro is crazy reactive and I have a regular 68/3000 crossfire preset (around 800 psi I think) and my friends' xvalve has weak reactivity using the same tank. If you have access to an adjustable high pressure tank, try cranking the input pressure up to like 100 psi. Maybe that'll help. Hope this helps

*edit* crank it up to 1000 psi.

you sure? the trigger feels like crap even w/ an 800psi input

i mean it feels so mcuh worse than the xvalve

1000 psi is WAY too high. You should get reactivity at around 900 (950 max). Some valves will sweetspot a lot easier than others. My RT will sweetspot at 900 without any effort. I've heard of people's that won't sweet-spot, not matter the pressure or time they take to try.

Again, don't crank it up to 1000psi. That's just plain not safe.
