i heard about the bouncing trigger and i was wondering aboiut how you ge tit to do this and if theres anything special you have to do.

Also my recharge time is a little slow i can outshoot it and when i do it doesnt recock right and stuff so i was wondering whats wrong?

Bouncing trigger is often the result of an over tuning the reactiveness in an x/rt valve. Recharging slow, how's your tank's reg? Are you sure it's not Level 10 kicking in or sticking?
