How to run a Halo off Emag batt?

I did some searching before, and saw the guy that made that fancy set up with all the plugs and stuff, but I just need something simple with 9v snaps on either end, that can go in the space where the battery pack is now. Pretty much just this, but with whatever parts I need for the Halo: http://www.robagd.com/revy-hack/
