AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Scored an RT cheap, but....leaks bad down the barrel. Replaced the on/off seal. Tried every size power tube spacer I had from 215 to the 230. Replaced the o ring in the power tube.
At a loss here.
The trigger rod won't even make contact with the on/off. The trigger rod just flops around. It's like the on/off pin won't come out enough to make contact with the trigger ro assembly.
Another strange thing.....when degass the gun. there is residual pressure there and gives a tiny pop when I try to disassemble. Never had a mag do that before.
Took it apart a few more times. Put the 220 spacer in, lubed real good{previous owner really mistreated it] threatened to trade it for a 'cocker and now it works! I didn't realize you had to threaten to trade it for a 'cocker to get mags to work right! Try it, it works!
All is good now. Ready to play the Shriners benefit game in Scottsville Ky Saturday. E Mag and RT are ready to roll.
