Scored an RT cheap, but....leaks bad down the barrel. Replaced the on/off seal. Tried every size power tube spacer I had from 215 to the 230. Replaced the o ring in the power tube.

Does the leak stop when you pull and hold the trigger? -
The trigger rod won't even make contact with the on/off. The trigger rod just flops around. It's like the on/off pin won't come out enough to make contact with the trigger ro assembly.Comment

Another strange thing.....when degass the gun. there is residual pressure there and gives a tiny pop when I try to disassemble. Never had a mag do that before.Comment

Took it apart a few more times. Put the 220 spacer in, lubed real good{previous owner really mistreated it] threatened to trade it for a 'cocker and now it works! I didn't realize you had to threaten to trade it for a 'cocker to get mags to work right! Try it, it works!
All is good now. Ready to play the Shriners benefit game in Scottsville Ky Saturday. E Mag and RT are ready to roll.Comment
