if your talking about ither agd guns yes u need everything from the body rail down... for other gun like spyders or ither types it id take a lot of modifying but fot mags yes they work

no i was talking about adg maby like a rtp or am/mm you would need a new rail right no main body or anything

you dont need a new main body but u might need the body rail but i gont have a e-mag yet so i couldnt tell ya but the valve and the body dont matter
