lvl 10 help

Im installing my lvl 10 and having some problems. Im using a carrier and its leaking out the back, so i go one carrier up and it leaks down the barrel. When i pust the tip of the bolt it the leak doesnt change tones. Is the a shim leak or something? Any suggestions on what I should do?

I played yesterday and it worked fine all day. I think that the o-ring was not broken in or something. Thanks for the help.

by out the back do you mean the velocity adjusting hole?

try ajusting the shims start with 0 then go up till u get it good

ok. the problem with the shim is i only have three. Do you think that is enough?

yea thats usually enough, but it depends on your own setup. Once again, when you say leaking out the back, do u mean where you adjust the velocity? If so, put in the carrier that makes it leak out the back, and turn the velocity down (left), and see if the leak stops.

try it with two shims, if it doesnt change tones when u press the bolt then its not a carrier leak.

when i put in the carrier that leaks out the back, and i turn down the velocity, it will only chuff. What to do?

Changing the carrier size will do nothing for stopping the leak out the back. Take out all the shims...turn down your velocity and try again
