MY BALL DETENT is destroyed!!! help

hey guys... this is day 3 of having my ule custom...
today i went to the store and got air in the tank.... came home and poped off some shots.... thought, well my trigger is a little to reactive for legality, so its time to take out some shims in my ult.... i did that... no problems... then put the x valve back into the body and gassed her up.... first shots ok, but i can tell that it cant bounce like before---thats what i wanted... but then on shot number two the bolt sticks forward... i was like, "huh?" i dont know what bolt stick is, but i know now what happened.. when i was able to shove the bolt back (it was hard) i looked in and saw that my ball detent spring was hanging in the breeze...fyi i have the black ule vert body... !!WTF!!!! it was all bent up, and aparently had been pinched by the bolt... i dont know how my detent ball (i think its like a little ball) came off, but all that was left for me to unscrew was the outter cap for screwing it to the body and the spring that was attached to it...i mean, this really sux... i have no idea where the detent ball is now.... but i have tried to find it here where i shot the second ball... i'm pretty sure i had the barrel condom on.... and its not in there, so it nmust have gone on a shot outside where i was shooting earlier....

i know these dentents are angel thread, so no big deal... i'll go get one at my local shop (grr i was just there), just means no more shooting today tho... darn... just have to walk the trigger with just air... its all good i still love my mag... its fast... lol

ps... i would reccomend that ppl that read this consider loosening their detents from where the factory tighttens them... i think a "1 grunt" hand tight is better than the "5 grunt air socket wrench" tigh they do it at AGD...

that's a common occurrence, try one of these instead, they are a lot better:

      also check out this thread

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!
