i have a 68 powerfeed mag and want nitro but i don't know anything about it(nitro). what is a good brand? do i need high pressure or lp? anything you know that can help me out i would appreciate, because tanks aren't cheap and i would hate to make a bad investment.

You want a high pressure tank. Something that outputs around 800psi.
Crossfire is a great brand, so is centerflag. -
I recommend at least 68ci tank size. I get around 600 shots with a 68ci/300psi tank.
Make sure they have 4500psi fills in your area if you are getting a 4500psi tank.
This tank is 68ci/3000psi with 850psi output for $154.00
This one is even cheaper, but steel. EDIT: It might be a few years old... close to hydrotest date.
