I thought .694(boomstick) would be too small too, but imho shoots better than the .697 lapco. I usually use diablo blaze. What I have found is that if the balls can easily roll through the barrel it is big enough for the backspin to work.Kila V2 Magnetic Suspension Detents for Angel 04 Speed, LED, LCD, IR3's, X-mag, ULE Mag, TAC-1, SFL Emag, NYX Matrix, E-blade, Mac Dev Cyborg, Bushmaster 2000, All other Cocker threaded guns, Shocker, Nerve, Impulse

the best thing about the z-body isnt really backspin, its the autococker threading. seems like most guns are going that way, and every barrel known to man is made for a cocker, so its just more fun. the backspin is neat, but i use mine just for the looks. bad little gun it is..."Mad Painter"

U kidding me? Yeah, the Z-body looks cool, and the 'cocker threadings are cool, but the Backspin rocks.
I've had So many eliminations that I wouldn't have had othewise.

How is the weight of the Z-body compared to a standard power feed mag body? Do you have to replace the little bumper that imparts the backspin on the ball from time to time or should it be good for life? I've heard that the backspin can give you a flatter trajectory but that this comes at the cost of accuracy since the paintball is rolling through a looser barrel. What has been your experience with this? Do you notice any more ball breaks from the balls hitting the little backspin bumper?
Just curious.A good friend is one that will come and bail you out of jail.

Yes, the Rubber Nubbin is a wearing part, but It shouldn't have to be replaced that often. Kinda like the superbolt sleeve.
Besides, the only thing that's rubbing against it is a paintball, and how abrasive can they be?
No, there's no more ball-breaks due to the nubbin, however, I kinda feel like the accuracy has gone down A LITTLE.
It's not a huge loss because the loss of accuracy isn't that great. A loose, but well fit paintball will be very accurate.
I'm starting to think that my .700 was a bit too big. I probably should have gone with a .698 or .697.
