Changing Flatline 4500's peak output

I know that you can change a Flatline 3000 psi system's peak output from 700-1200 psi to 400-700 psi by replacing the spring pack with one from an AIR Valve; can you do this with the Flatline 4500 regs as well?

Yes, the 3K and the 4.5K system use the same spring pack, so if you want to run it at a lower output, both will accept the AIR valve spring pack.
