LVL 10 Increasing trigger resistance?

I installed the lvl 10 pretty easily, I just had to use a smaller carrier but when I started to use it I noticed that my trigger was really hard to pull. Is this normal?

Since your increasing the valve pressure when adding the L10,Yes.

I think I'll have to get the ULT cause I probably sound like a chick but this thing is pretty hard to pull, it makes your fingers sore.
