hey guys i have a macdev conquest and yesterday when i was gettin it filled it was fine till it got to 3000psi and then air started leakin out where the reg screws into the bottle but once it leaked backed down to 3000psi it held air fine. can some1 tell my why this is happening and what i need to do to fix it.

more than likely the o-ring that seals the bottle to the reg is going bad. it will hold pressure to a point, then starts to leak. empty the tank and send it in to have that o-ring replaced.
a hydro-service should have those o-rings too. if you have a local hydrotester. take it to them. it shouldn't cost more than $10-15 for them to remove the reg and replace the o-ring.
