    Automag leaking out back

When I shoot my gun, every once in a while I can hear a small hiss coming out the back by the velocity adjuster. If I shoot through it, it usually goes away. But it comes up randomly. Any way to not make it happen at all. I know this is a noob question, just got a mag a week ago.

Turn down the velocity a little bit. (1/8 allen key, turn counter clockwise)

If that doesn't work, unscrew the adjuster in the back and remove the brass piston in there. Replace the oring on it and re-assemble.

Do I have to field strip the gun to get that gold piston out or is there a way to get it out without doing that? Also, the o ring that I have to replace, would it be found in the AGD o ring kit, and if it is, which one is it?

You can leave the valve in the gun if you want. All you need to do is remove the rear velocity adjuster. You'll see the spring pack and piston inside. (Make sure the gun is degassed completely first.)

The oring IS in the oring kit. As for which one, you'll have to match the sizes. They're not numbered or color coded or anything, so you have to eyeball it.
