Barrel adapter

Does anyone have one of the barrel adapters from docsmachine or know anything about them?
I was wondering if they are any good?
Do they have a positive or negative efferct on air efficency?

no affect on air efficiency ... a tiny but of weight noticable ... otherwise it's great! Doc makes great products..
