    Question on a remote

I just bought a mag... dont' know much about it in all honesty. I was wondering, if I ran a remote system, would that adversely affect flow to the valve? I wanted to run a remote, but a friend of mine said that his shot to shot consistency became horrible; I just wanted to make sure. It's an x-valve by the way.

a remote and 4 stage expansion chamber works perfectly with my classic valve.
    x-valves can't run co2 I think.

maybe if you got a high output tank and got a good secondary reg it would work fine.
that is such a chipmunk mentality

Ok the X-Valve does need nitrogen and you DO need a high output pressure tank. You really dont need that second regulator because the valve has one in it. As far as it runing your shot to shot consistency I dont know. It could of been that he was using co2(I used to uses co2 on my mag and consistancy was horrible). So the best way to find out if it does have bad consistency is to burrow your friends and try it.
WANTED: Y-Grip in good condition. X-Valve, or Retro Valve. PM me if you're selling one.

I run a remote with my RT. It requires that I run my output closer to 900psi to get good consistancy but I prefer the tank on my back anyway.

If you're worried about consistancy then I would reccomend using a SS remote because the overall length will be shorter than a coiled remote.
