vertical ffed bodies for regular mags. (not rt's)

I recently found out that you were making a mag body that was vertical feed. i would like to know the spex if your ready to give them out. Tom Kaye( sorry is the last name is mispelled) :

what collors will they be available in?
high rise . low rise , both?
    when will they come out?
    prices range?
I heard special barrels are need for vert mag bodies( from an e-mag owner). is this true?

thanx and i also heard that tom kaye himself answers some of theses threads so that is why i directed it to him. If ne1 else could also answer my question i would also greatly apreciate it,

Hey, let me be the first to welcome you to the vast community that is AO. All the help you need can be found here. Now to your question. To my knowledge, they are already making c/f bodies for regular mags. Now I am just guessing here but i think they come in standard grey, black, and chrome. They usually range in price from $150-$200. c/f are hard to find unless purchasing direct from AGD. Special barrels are needed, The grooves must be cut for center-feeds. Most barrel companies can do that for you. Yes, Tom is here all the time. Look for AGD, that's him.

neway - i called agd and they told me to come here and post on of these so u cant purchase them from agd just yet. u are probably right about the colors i was j/w. ?lowrise-highrise? i really hope there not just in high rise. the only place that used to make them was spanky paintball and to my knowledge they close up. well i heard they were going to come out sometime in october but dont quote me on that one, i hope they start making mag barrels for centerfeed gun since the emag and rt pro centerfeeds came .

yes they take special barrels but they are easy to find. boa, smartparts, jj, and custom products make them. i had one made by pps. love this mag.

Standard Mags are available in centerfeed from www.bbtpaintball.com

As for the new Modular bodies (I presume these are what you are refering to), they will be out very soon, but no date has been set yet. AGD Europe (the Continental Connection!) has them and will be shipping them initially. AGD (I believe, but don't quote me), is looking for a US cnc operation to handle manufacture here.

...and may I too, welcome you to the AGD Family

I might sound dumb.. but wouldn't a c/f body be a blender?? It would be the same as standard feed only on top of gun... maybe not, i do not know. Also... about how much is it to get your barrels machined to fit the c/f body...
              Nothing can beat a mag...

yeah, standard feed isnt a blender. there is even a hole on the feed tube just like regular powerfeed mags so it can prevent alot of blowback.
