    1. the warp with the 12v mod runs roughly 16bps... and you can outshoot it?
you must be pro... that is pretty fast
    2. you haven't shot the qloader in a game yet... but are bragging about it's abilities. are they one of your teams sponsors?

Sigh... I am uninterested in modifying my warp to attain
16bps. I find tinkering with it's feed width to be a
hassle enough. Thank god you don't find proball anymore.

No I'm not sponsored by anybody. I have a real salary,
that is enough to fund my hobby, thank you. I also
have played against pro teams in regional tournaments
and have won some and lost some. Fanning (or walking) the
trigger is not the mark of a pro player, any guy off
the street who types a lot can do that. Hell I bet
my granny with Parkinson's would be Dynasty's top player
if that's all it took. In fact, anybody with an improperly
configured RT valve can hit 18bps+ on a humbug.

The qloader will empty it's load faster than you can blink.
Neither the Halo nor warp can come close, at least in
my living room. You don't have to be sponsored to appreciate
      that.

The warp is nice, and in fact, has a better profile that
the qloader once it's mounted. It is however, not as
fast as you might hope (or more accurately as I hoped when
I bought it new for ~$130 and then shelled out $30 to pro
team for a redundant part due to some questionable
      marketting claims)

Finally, I'm coming over to mags from the spool/spindle
valved electronic marker side because I'm sick of batteries.
Can your warp run without any batteries?

I guess that I like to tinker with my toys and don't mind modifying things. I too fund my hobby with a real job, but out-shooting the 12v warp? I would like to see it.
I do agree about the battery thing and if you were argueing the no battery clause and the incorperated hopper/ pod fact, I would concur. My friend just got a Qloader and it is nice. I am waiting to see it on the field. I, however, am not going to talk about the fact that modifying the tube length for paint is necessary without making a chop point. Not until I see all the pros an cons of it.
Oh... the $$ issue. I'll put my hopper, my warp, and 10 pods up against your Qloader and 10 pods...
        what are the costs?
        12v revvy, warp, 10 clear $2.50 pods.

To speak honestly... I am interested in the Q... but show me results first.

Heh, I won't go there on the money issue

I've seen warps sold for under $50, partly the
          reason I haven't sold mine after I got a Halo B...

I'm hoping the Q will be as fast as the Halo (under
realistic circumstances) with the profile of the warp.

(I do have funny dreams about running a Stingray
with the sear modified full untamed auto at 40bps on
pure liquid CO2 off a siphon tank with a Q-loader)

As far as profile, I'm talking with a local shop
to make a mount to hold the qloader left of the gun
horizontally. Imagine just feeding the Q straight
into a warp left. No hoses. Until then I'm
going to run it with two 90 degree adapters.

if you haven't seen it yet, check this thread,
Paintball Talk is the main forum for Automags.org. Here is where we talk about the sport of paintball in general and make announcements relating to the forum and website.

            I have seen this gun.

I ran with the Qloader today.

It's nice... It holds the balls a little looser
than I'd prefer (they rattle) but it doesn't affect
anything. The speed is just insane. The only longterm
problem might be that metal blocker, the edges on
it are razor sharp so if you smack your gun with the
pod out, you could break the last ball in the tube stack.

did you get the length right on the feed hose?
if it isn't right, changing pods could chop a ball.

Adjusting it wasn't too bad, I just prefed the balls
into the tube and adjusted it's depth. Took about 30
seconds. That's not the hard part, the loading of
the pods is the hard part... it's a two man job.

All in all, I'm satisfied. There's a couple little
things which you have to get used to. (Like losing
1 ball for each pod each time you fill a pod and
losing two balls each time you change a pod, but
the speed and compactness is enough to convince me
and my teammates to get them.

We also decided on a good spot for the Q and I've
paid a local machine shop to make custom mounts to
put it effectively the same place the warp goes.

Here's a photoshop of what I mean, the actual mount
is at a 15 degree angle toward you.
