I recentely purchased a 32 degrees on/off adapter (yeah 32 degrees sucks) and I've been having a problem. It leaks around the knob to screw it in. I tryed turning it all the way on and it still leaked, what could be the problem.

Theres an o-ring in there on the shaft.
I don't have one handy but if I remember right,the knob can unscrew from the shaft,I think theres's flats on the shaft to grab it with a socket, and then you can pull the shaft out and change the o-ring.
Something like that,as I said I don't have one right here.
