Z-grip ?

I am thinking of getting a Z-grip and wanted to know if i need to use something beside the normal asa or do i have to get a forgrip extender? Is there anything besides the extender?

Look into the Y-grip from agd. I have one and i like it. If your looking for a forgrip extender i have a chrome one just let me know..
