Plastic nubbins

i was reading at the AGD store that the plastic nubbins can only be used on the superbolt.
is this true?
what would happer if i used them with my stock longnose bolt?

Well, you got it backwards. The superbolt can only be used with plastic nubbins.

Plastic nubbins may be used with any bolt/barrel. By using plastic nubbins, you won't ever damage your bolt or barrel if one ever should break.
