i have a dye ultralite barrel on my minimag (non ULE body) and am having loads of trouble putting my barrel on and off. It sounds pretty dumb but it is a struggle everytime I have to put it on (it goes on not lined up right most of the time) and is an even bigger problem taking it off. After about 2 weeks of not touching it, i can no longer even take the barrel off... any suggestions?

Loosen the front frame screw and put a little lube on the orings. That should do the trick.

You also might want to go to the local hardware store and get a nylon flat washer that will fit that screw. This will keep you from over tightening it in the future.Comment
