    Maxflow Help

i'm having some problems with my maxflow....they just stared today

i am sure that its my fault, but i cant quite figure out how to fix it.

i took it apart and put dow on everything. i have the original manual, so im 99.9% sure everything is in the right place...ive checked it 3 times.

ive also taken some of the grease off, maybe thought i put too much

anyways, this is the deal...ive got the HP spring in.
1st thing...seems like i have to crank it up alot to get it to 400-500.
2nd thing...i can shoot the gun rapidly and i watch the pressure drop...its never done that before.

    i think thats it

its a 88/45 maxflow, had it about 2 months.

anybody have anything please lemme know, i need to fix this asap.

Sounds like a prob w/ the spring. You shouldn't have to crank it very far w/ the HP spring to hit 4-500.That may also explain the recharge problem. The M/F is a balanced Reg and that spring is an intregal part of it's function.

The only other thing I can think of is if the piston o-ring is worn and rolling or pinching while your screwing in the adjuster.Make sure you completely clean out all the old Dow before you add more.It gets very sticky as it ages.
