    Why no AGD Hyperframe?

Why doesn't AGD make a 'hyperframe' to solve the issues with the aftermarket E-frame and tolerances? I'd just as soon have an AGD 'hyperframe' as an Emag.

There have been discussions about this already. Now that the ULT is available, it would require a smaller noid to actuate the sear, thus using less power, thus needing a smaller battery. Allowing unprescedented flexibilty with the emag desing. Perhaps completly re-designing the Emag.

However, Tom has already said he doesnt want to do anymore electonic R&D until this whole Smart Parts legal campaign blows over. That could be awhile.

basically Smart Parts is trying to add onto thier copyright on the shocker i think, to make it encompas basically all electronic markers. it not only against Tom or AGD but quite possibly against evryother electronic marker out there.
well it all started with me and the Cheat one day...

too late, national was one of the first to work out a deal, they produce so many electronic guns he just made a sound business decision and took out all the variables (Gino I mean)

except of course, the e-grip conversion wouldn't be violating an SP patent. It'd be violating an electronic paintball conversion kit patent, which predates the original PVI shocker patent filing by over a year (it was granted before the first shocker patent was filed for), but was never actually enforced which pretty much renders it useless. SP can't very well try and enforce a patent they didn't do first. Look pretty stupid in court if AGD (or kingman or BE or any other company doing e-grip conversions) marched up the original patent holder as a witness.

                  WOWOWOWO

If there is a eletronic paintball conversion patent, then that would blow S.P. patent out of the water. S.P. has patented the eletronic paintball gun. If what you are talking about is true than that is prior art, and S.P. wouldn't stand a chance in court. If you have any idea about that patent you are talking about please PLEASE let me know more.

                  Thank you
