    flatline won't turn off

Ok. I was at a tournament and was having a lot of trouble with the recharge. I tryed to turn it off to try to fix it(Its been a constant battle with this tank) and it would not turn off. So later I took it apart to try to fix it but I couldn't figure out how it worked, because there was the hole that came frome the tank and the on/off pin which has two grooves with an oval disk inbetween. Soory about the description, but I don't know how else to explane it. Should I send it to AGD or can I fix it?

Ive seen on a flatline, if you turn the on/off valve to far off it will start leaking. But Ive never owned one so I cant say from experience.

Ya, that makes sence, but mine only turns a quarter turn(like its supposed to) and still won't turn off. I know that in the "on" position the oval disc is aligned length wise with the whole reg. And in the off it is perpendicular. When I took the reg apart I could not find any signs of broken parts or O-rings.
