Still Having Problems With Flatline 3k

I disassembled the Flatline 3 k and replaced every oring and still getting severe reg creep. Finely adjusting the line pressure causes the lp gauge to jump all the way to 1200 psi. Cant maintain 800 psi without severe shoot down. Any body have any advice??
    Thankyou

Check the stem that comes off of the piston for any kind of nicks or debris caught on it.

Make sure you are replacing the o-ring that it seals on, because that is the one that seals off the tank pressure from the output pressure. Make sure your spring pack is installed correctly and that the piston o-ring is in good shape.

In the tech forum there's a gun/air system maintenance thread. Check out the Flatline disassembly thread in there and look at it to make sure you have everything installed correctly.

Also, make sure you're tightening the reg. body by putting a small enough allen wrench in the hole in the reg. body and then snugging it up a bit more than hand tight.
