    Quick ULT Question

Does the ULT shorten the trigger pull??? Or does it only make the trigger pull lighter?

    thanks

Not that I've noticed on mine, but between the lighter trigger and a touch of reativity it doesn't seem to make a difference. I seem to be able to pull this as fast as I was pulling my emag on a tiny pull.

It does nothing for length. You still have to pull the trigger the same length. Only messes with weight.

Doesn't adding or removing shims change the firing point? I was under the impression that it did, but I could be mistaken.
I put in a trigger stop to take up some of the "slack" and shortened my trigger pull quite a bit after installing the ULT. Still fires with no problems. It does not push the on/off pin all the way in so the valve won't just pop out of the back of the gun when the frame screw is removed unless the trigger rod is pushed back all the way, but I'm willing to deal with this for the shorter trigger pull.

The shims will change where the pin will seal against the oring. Correct. But it doesn nothing for actual trigger pull length.
