    Air hose with flatline

When you turn off a flatline tank and fire off some of the air, there is still pressure in the line. How can you bleed the air out of the line safely? Currently I just undo the quick disconect I have, but I dont think this is the best way as you get a big popping sound a quite a bit of force which cant be good for the o-rings inside the quick disconnect. Is there any way to avoid this??

I just turn off the air and shoot out the remainder. I then remove my disconect to bleed the valve. Very little pressure on the QD at that point

a slide check allows you to vent the gas in the line.
