    Air America Rapor Rex Leak

I have an Air America Rapor Rex 68/45 that recently expired hydro. I have a question.

When I turn the input pressure up above abour 400psi, the hole on the side of the reg vents air. Exactly what part of the reg needs to be replaced (I am assuming it is an oring somewhere)? Should I just send the tank to Air America and have them rebuild it and rehydro it, or would it be better to try and fix it myself and get a hydro from my local scuba shop?
    Respect that.

I believe most of the problems with raptor leaks are either bad piston o-rings or reg seats. I'd just buy a rebuild kit.

guy's at AA are great! .. I have sent them the tank 3 times .. aside from shipping problems .. everything else was cool.

In an effort to curtail shipping costs, I bought some parts and will be servicing it myself ... but I reccoooment the guy's at AA to work on it free (lifetime) warrenty ..
