Do you think 3/16 brake line is big enough? I don't want to cause any starvation. But Keep in mind I only shoot 6bps or so.
Do you think this is too restrictive?

3/16 I.D. ?
That's plenty but why not use a more typical PBall air line?
Any idea what pressure that line and fittings are rated for?
Should be at least 800psi or better.Logic Paintball Forums

I'm not happy with macroline and I'm out of it anyway. I'm changing my setup a lot now till I get everything situated. 4 feet of brake line is $3 and can be custom fitted. Maybe when i get everything down I'll go steel braided.Last edited by trains are bad; 03-04-2004, 06:47 AM.Comment

Brake line? I'd think it'd be rated for thousands.Check the working PSI on those fittings most likely it's 300psi!!
True, but I don't careThey're just fairly un-attractive is all.
For 2 pieces that's $25 at least with shipping, and it will likely be 'obsolete' for me soon anyway.SS line is at or under $10
Apparently nobody thinks it's too restrictive at least.Comment

Might want to check Ebay though,I've gotten SS on there from time to time for a few bucks.

I'm running a cheap expansion 32* expansion chamber right now.
I meant "obsolete" because I'm going to be changing my setup a bit-I just bought a y-grip. I'm also going to try running a inline stabilizer after the expansion chamber. Stainless steel hoses are not adjustable.Comment

I didnt say the tubing, I said the fittings. I would check into it. I have tons of 1/4 SS tubing, working PSI 10,300.Comment

Yeah but I think brake fittings would be rated high too. At any rate they look beefy enough and didn't blow out overnight.Comment
