lvl 10 question

I heard that the level 10 doesn't shoot very well at lower velocities, but the field that i play at is indoor and their rule is 3 shots at or under 250 fps to chrono. I was just wondering what problems I would be encountering, and if the problems are worth it, before I spent $70 on the lvl 10.

use the short spring and the longest barrel you own. I've gotten mine to shoot reliably at 190fps(just for tests) just using a 16" barrel.
