I believe they have a 1 year warranty.
It's a rebuildable and the PE site has a rebuild kit.
The pictures look like only the O-rings would wear out and most likely be available from the local air shop for much less than shipping.

Click on Pure Energy, PE Inline Regulator.
It even has the exact size of the o-rings if you see one that is cut or damaged.Last edited by SeeK; 03-13-2004, 11:42 AM.Forest Gump of paintballComment

If it's the new style they'll fix it for the cost of the o-rings,if it's the old style they'll usually only replace the reg with the new style reg @ $50.Originally posted by Branden Minimag
Doesn't matter if it's used. Call PMI and they will fix it for you. You'll have to ship it out to them.
The old style reg has NO set screws anywhere around the upper silver part of the Reg,it's locktited together and can rarely be seperated with out damage.
PMI,as far as I'm concerned has awesome service. At World Cup they replaced my older, out of warrent Reg w/ the new and did so at no charge.Unusual I'm sure,be still awesome if you ask me.I'd go ahead and send it in if it's the older style.Logic Paintball Forums
