Help me with my Emag valve leaking

I just got an Emag valve to put on a classic. I put it in with a .650 on/off pin, aired it up and theres a leak coming from inside the valve. It sounds like its coming from the bolt area. I took the whole valve apart and oiled everything and it still leaks. Any ideas? Also can i send it into AGD for free? Thanks

Is there a level 10 kit in the valve?

Does the leak stop when you pull and hold the trigger?

No level 10 its a stock lvl 7. I just tried it and when I hold down the trigger about 1 second later yes it stops leaking. Thanks for your help so far.

There's no need to send this in to AGD. No reason to waste the star.

Try changing the orings inside the powertube. (1 in the tube, one on the tip) If that doesn't work, you'll need to use a shorter spacer in the tube than the one you are using. The kits are for sale in the AGD store.
