RT PRO leacking out back, right out of the box

I need a little help. I finally received my RT Pro on Friday. I put the compressed air tank on and the air leaks out of the back. If I hold the trigger, no air leaks. I have read that if it is higher then 300 FPS it will do this. I have turned down the velocity down to the point I can start seeing the threading (I guess you can call it that). What should I check next, that will not void my warranty. I am using a preset tank, which ran of air very quickly. I had to dust off my Mega-Z for a game today, since I had lent a friend my Spyder. Surprisingly the Mega-Z still worked.

you should be able to see some of the threading. unscrew it so that you can see about 4 threads. then see if it leaks.

the 0-rings should be fine if it is new, if you bought it used put a parts kit in it, if that doesn't help, power tube spacer needs to be replaced.

The Gun is new. I bought in a closeout sale. I will try the 4 thread idea tomorrow after I get my tank filled. Thanks.

Also be sure to put a few drops of airgun suitable oil into the ASA and then dry fire the marker about 20 times before you put the barrel on. This should keep everything well lubed and help assure the O rings get a good seal.

With mine and most others, you need to be able to see anywhere from 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch of threading. De-gas your mag and completely unscrew it. Then screw it back in till you see about 1/4 inch left. Gas up, fire, and see where you need to adjust from there.

The tech support is sending me a new piston assembly to put in the gun. I am glad they send a video with the gun.
