    classic valve alignment

I got a new/used classic valve and the electro-engraving doesn't line up. I haven't aired it up yet but have noticed new o-rings in the on/off. It seems that all the holes line up just fine. Could there be a problem or is this common? Maybe outer parts from different valves?(I'm new to automags so please be kind).

don't worry. that's supposed to happen. You can take the valve off and make them line up, if it really bothers you that much.

Thank you much. I'm glad there isn't a problem at least from this. I just didn't want to air it up and have things happen.
So, does the reg. just twist-screw from the rest of the valve assby.? Like I said I'm new to this and the exploded view diagram isn't clear on that.
