How to lock my hyper mag

I tried to lock my hyper mag with the small rectangle switch but nothing occured...

I know that I have to lock it to play in a tournment

What do i have to do?

As far as I know, you take off the grip (left) and push the black button on the board between the two selector buttons. That should put it in tourny lock mode. I'm not trying to insult you but, make sure the Hyperframe is on when you do this.

I would suggest calling Centerflag. There is no other way to tourny lock the board.
