    emag valve issue

I can't seem to get my emag valve out even after trying to pull the trigger to release the on/off. I end up having to take the rail off to get it to come out. Anyone know what causes this and what the solution(s) could be?

I use to have the same problem, but I could never figure out what was wrong. I would just keep messing around with it and hopefully it will pop out.

always put the marker in manual mode and pull the trigger to remove the valve. You must push the on/off pin up first or it wont't come out.

Also, depending on the trigger rod adjustment on some Emags, the sear won't completely depress the on/off pin in manual mode.

You can ramp the rail with a small file at the rear of the on/off milling to allow the valve to be pulled in that occasion.
