how many bps can the stock valve handle? (how fast can it recharge) i want to see if a new valve is worth the money, because the X-valve isnt cheap

I think 13. But most people can't shoot it that fast.

      16bps actually. Without shootdown.

But the Xvalve is a large improvement. Weight is reduced, ultra fast recharge and level 10 all in one package.

that is right in theory, but I have seen plenty of people with booyahh and centerflag grips that have problems over 12-13 BPS on a classic valve.

with a mechanical gripframe, you will have to have magic hands to get over 12-13 BPS.

You have to have magical hands to get over 10 IMO. That's fanning. Actually pulling I'd say 6 max.
