so i was looking at my power tube tip(xvalve) the other day and its looking kind of funny. it is actually worn and slightly rounded, not the hex/nut part but where it is the same diameter as the power tube. anyont know why? or what can be done?

I just noticed the other day that mine is like that too. The edge right before the hex portion is all rounded, almost hammered type of look. It has not affected performance at all, but I'm concerned about what might happen after it wears more. -
Power tube tips do not wear out. It will be fine.
