    Turning RT tigger

I just got an Automag RT, and it works fine, but I can never find the sweet spot where the RT will kick in. I have been try to find it for almost 2 weeks now I have try just about everything I can think of. Does anyone have any ideas or know of what things i should be looking for or checking?

Check the output pressure of your nitro tank. If you have a low pressure output tank which some are like 600 psi or below, you won't get any reactiveness. You should have at least 800 psi.

check the air hoses for restrictions on air flow. if that don't work, you may need a shorter on/off pin.

          Check out Z-mam's site

He explains the whole thing (I know cause I asked this same question). He says most preset tanks, even if preset at 850 dont allow enough air through fast enough to go full auto. Most of the time it takes an adjustable tank/reg to make it work. He has great facts and pics...

          Good luck!

the cheaper way is to buy a .745" on/off pin for about 13 bucks from AGD. The best way is to get a AGD Flatline, SP Max Flo, Centerflag Dynaflow, Air America Apocalypse, Nitro Duck X-Stream, etc.... All of these are adjustable.

Actually i've been a member longer than you. I think I originally registered in 2001 or 2002, i'm not sure. That is how I know this much about Mags. My minimag is 3 years old, maybe almost 4.

It has been said already, but with my RT 750/800 psi you should have no problems finding the sweet spot.

Or you could put in 2200psi by hooking it directly to a SCUBA cylinder just like Z-Man. You won't have sweetspot problems there..... You'll be shooting 27bps+ in no time.
