Bolt stick on LVL10 with some barrels

So my J&J Ceramic and my Lapco AS like to give me bolt stick on the LVL10 bolt (the J&J much more so than the AS).

Anyone have any luck taking a dremel with a sanding head to the inside of the barrel? Don't wanna modify the bolt, would rather mess up a barrel that ain't workin in the first place.

It's because you're using a very small bore barrel. The level 10 Outter Diameter is bigger than the barrel's Inner Diameter.

I forget the exact measurement of the level 10 bolt, for some reason I am thinking it's .685.

True, I realize that easily enough. Just wondering if I can do something about it.

try this

i've had that happen with mine once in a while all i had todo was un-screw my barrel just a little and it unnlocked the bolt. try maybe putting a o ring on the barrel to pull the barrel slightly farther away from the bolt.
