I think i found a CHEAP ULE body

I found a website that is selling ULE aluminum bodies for really cheap ONLY $20 , and i was wondering if this is a scam or i am reading this wrong, the website is:

White Wolf is legit, but make sure you understand he is NOT selling ULE bodies for $20. If you buy an RT Custom, you can UPGRADE the existing SS twist-lock body to a ULE body for $20 MORE.
