I just had to replace my foamie on my 10 and I was wondering how often that this is needed? I have probly put 8,000 rounds through this bolt.

The foamie itself really isn't needed. Mine some how came off a bit ago, and I didn't bother replacing it. I haven't noticed a difference in performance yet.My Feedback
