Emag Valve Help

Playing a tournie this weekend and require urgent help with my valve. At a tournie last week i was mid game and all the air vented out the back. I cleaned the valve out and have since tried putting air through it. I can get around 100 - 200 shots and then the air vents out of the back of the valve.

Any ideas what the problem is?

If you have the RT rebuild kit on hand I'd replace the o-ring on the reg piston. If you don't I'd talk to AGD and get a new reg piston and order the RT rebuild kit for those just in case moments, but the problem is definately with the reg piston.

A side note: it could be that your air system is spiking and causing there to be too much pressure in the valve making it vent, but I'd bet it is the reg piston. Is your emag valve an older one that doesn't have the high pressure reg piston in it for the level 10?

Yeah my emags one of the older ones, cheers for the help mate, I think it may be my preset system spiking like you suggested. Ill try and put on my spare flatline and see if it changes.
