    Extreme Depot Body

    Hey guys-

    Can anyone help me out????

I got an Extreme Depot(That is what I was told it is) Body for my mag. I tried to put it on today, and the screw that holds it to the frame (not the field strip screw) doesn't fit in it. The screw is too thick. It also seems that the machined piece (where the screw goes into the body) is too thick.

Can I sand down the body so it fits the rail better??

Should I just get the correct size screw??

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I would really like this body to work out. It is really nice looking.

I was also told to make sure the valve fits the new body properly...

    Thanks for your help.

    Rick

If I were you I would find out if this was made from a slug. This doesn't sound right.

there are like 2 types of bodies that look the same, one is from a slug and the other isnt. i think you got the one that isnt made from the slug.

        slug or not??

Which is good? Which is bad??

I just found out the feed neck is Angel threaded. The ball detents aren't!

Does anyone know where these are made? I would like to get information from the manufacturer.

Sounds like a "Titanium Paintball" body.

Some seem to be iffy on Specs.

Usually sold here and as of yet,not on their site.....'

Low and behold,in our own dealers forum......

The difference between these and the I.T. bodies is theses(besides not being a slug) have no internal bolt/spring steel insert.Look inside the body and that should tell you which you have.
