Rt ule Custom, which bolt spring to use?

    Hi,
I just got my new Rt Ule Custom and a read that you can still chop paint with the Lx bolt and the shortest spring which comes installed in the new marker from AGD. My question is what spring size has worked best for you? How much shot's per tank fill do you get with the short spring compared to middle and longest springs? Just a few questions I had. I will be testing this my self this weekend, but was curious if any body else has already done this and what they have found.

I have an EMag with LVL 10, so YMMV.

The longest spring will be the softest on paint. It will also be the worse when it comes to efficiency. When you go to longer a spring, it puts more pre-loaded pressure on the bolt, which means you'll have to turn up the velocity to compensate.

I can't really speak in terms shots per fill with a different spring. That you'll have to work out yourself (and I have to figure this out too). But a spring swap is just that, a spring swap. So it's quick and easy to do at the field.

One more thing. If you turn up the velocity to the point the Mag starts leaking out of the back, and doesn't stop after a few shots, you've turned up the velocity too high, which means you can't really use the spring (usually happens on the longest one).

Just as you know, the longest spring can shoot > 300 fps long before the reg starts venting.
