    Trigger sticking with ULT kit.

    Hi,
I noticed while playing with my new mag today that once in a while the trigger rod will not come out all the way, leaving me unable to make a shot for a few secounds, then it will make an air up sound and the trigger rod pops out all the way. This happend to me about 5 or 6 times and I shot 2000 rounds of paint in the day. I fired the marker around 4 thousand times before I played to break it in so I am sure thats not the problem. What can I try to remedy this problem, it's not to big of a deal but it always seems to happen at the worst time! I currently have all shims installed in the Ult and still do not get run away.

    Dye SS barrel
    Y grip
68 ci HPA, Maxflow reg, 750 output
    285 fps

If you are using the biggest carrier that doesn't leak. Sounds like you could use an extra shim in the powertube unless one more makes it leak. One pt shim = two ULT shims. So you can use pt shims to adjust the ULT.

Also, make sure your sear rod pivots freely without noticible resistance.

check to make sure your trigger frame screws (the one right by the trigger and the thumb screw one) are not over-tightened. this can cause the bolt to not reset all the way.

It was the trigger frame screws that was the problem!

I aired up my Mag and fired until I got the bolt/trigger stick problem then with the bolt still stuck I tightend the rear trigger frame screw and I heard the bolt/trigger reset, I then tightend another 1/8 of a turn. After I did this I went through 2 full tanks of air with my 68nitro tank with out a single bolt/trigger stick problem.

            Thanks for the help guys!
