how do i remove my PTP detent?

    how do i remove my PTP detent?

    my detent broke so i ordered a new one but i dont know how to get the old one off the body. it is the carbon fiber lever style. thanks.

        Old style simply unscrews,the new style has a roll pin that gets driven out to remove the lever and spring.

          yea i used a tiny little nail to push th pin out. worked like a charm. i had to file down part of the plastic lever so that it stuck into the breech enough but i think i'm in good shape now.

              detent

              Just encase you needed this in the future, if you loose the spring or want to make your detent work a lot better go to your hardware store and buy a #1 size spring and cut it down to 1/2 to 3/4 of a cm and that will replace or make it stronger if you have not lost the spring and works great and costs about $0.35
