The best configuration I have found for walking is to have a relatively LONG trigger pull with a LIGHT pull weight. I have my trigger setup with two of the RT on/off center o-rings under one magnet. I have to be one of the worst walkers in the world and I can do 16bps, according to the ROF meter on Miscue's software.
You want to make sure that the fire point is set 3/4 of the way to the end of the trigger stroke. If it's set so it goes off too early in the stroke chances are you'll miss shots because your fingers don't get all the way off the trigger. Also, if it's too close to the end of the stroke, you're going to miss shots because you don't pull it all the way through.
Try this configuration and report back.
