No, the PTP Micro-Mags do not use rails. If you buy a mag body that accepts body rails such as the ULE or Tac-One bodies, then you could transfer your Micro E-Mag internals to that.

so I could put a ULE body on a micro e-mag?Live in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, South Dekota, or the surronding area?

If you also buy an emag rail for it, yes. I'm not sure, but I think the emag rail will be able to accept the micro e-mag battery pack.

I have another source that also says that (the venerable pput)
So I would need a ULE rail to mount the ULE body to the micro e-mag trigger frame and battery packLive in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, South Dekota, or the surronding area?

If I do put it on a rail would I need a longer that holds the valve in? Can I just purchase one of these from AGD?Live in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, South Dekota, or the surronding area?

If you're going to put a ULE body on a PTP Emag, you need the following items-
ULE Body (duh)
ANY Emag rail. (Doesn't have to be ULEd)
New Sear assembly (the full thing. PTP uses funky ones)
new on/off pin & on/off assembly. (use a .712 for a 2 oring valve, a .728 for a 1 oring valve)
The field strip screw is fine, and so is the rail bushing.
The blade trigger works regardless of the body you put on it. As the TL-63 triggers aren't really made any more, you don't have that many options for blade triggers.

Is an E-Mag Valve, 2 o-ring or one oring? and is this the thing the ULT upgrades (not that I am gonna get a ULT they are useless on e-mags, I just need to know what part it is)
And what kind of sear do I need, RT or classic AM/MM?
thanks for your help DaySpring.Last edited by JoyInTheMadness; 04-20-2004, 03:09 PM.Live in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, South Dekota, or the surronding area?

The Emag on/off assembly sold on the airgun online store is the .712 one and costs $35. That's the one you'll want to get unless the PTP Micro-Emag valve is different than the AGD one. I doubt it, I'm pretty sure it just has different labeling on the housing. Also, you'll need neither one of those sears. You'll need an emag sear which costs $55. So:
ULE Body=$145
Emag rail=$60 (non-ule) or $80 (ule)
Emag .712 On/Off=$35
Emag Sear Assembly=$55
Total=$295-315
Hope everything works out for you.
